matchmaking products and customers

Every day we hear something about marketing. We read about it in the newspaper or on the internet. We have marketing departments at work. It’s easy to understand why it is such a prominent presence in our lives after you study even its most concise definition: marketing involves everything you do to get your potential customers and your product together, in such a way that you can profit from it.
Marketing is a very complex process and its goal is to convince as many clients as possible to buy a product, and thus maximize profits, inescapably at the expense of the competition. To this end it uses sophisticated research, promotion, sales and distribution techniques that form the marketing mix.
The marketing mix is the way a marketing strategy allocates its resources to the following elements:
Product – the way it answers the needs, desires and dreams of customers.
Pricing – covers the production, distribution and promotion expenses, and includes costs assigned to the emotional and self-expression benefits offered by the product.
Distribution - refers to how the product gets to the customer.
Promotion - includes advertising, sales promotion, PR and branding.
Experience has taught us that the only recipe for success in marketing is the constant fulfillment of the real and psychological promises the brand makes to its customers, in all the stages of their relationship. This is why we focus our efforts in helping our clients do just that.
